Taking the time each dog needs
Sometimes we take longer than planned before calling you to pick your dog up. It isn't a delay — it's respect. Every dog sets their own pace. If they need a break, we stop. If they need confidence, we wait.
We'd rather run late than rush a moment. Thank you for trusting this pace — your dog thanks us for it.

How much does a session cost?+
It depends on the dog's size, coat type and service. Indicative ranges: small €25–35, medium €35–50, large €50–70, giant €70–90. The final price is confirmed in-salon after assessing your dog.How long does a session take?+
Between 50 and 120 minutes depending on the service and the dog's temperament. We never rush: if your buddy needs more time, we take it. We call you only when they're ready — not before.It's my dog's first time at a groomer, what do you do?+
We welcome them calmly, let them sniff, get used to Silvia and the space. If they're nervous, we wait. The 'First bath & cut' session is designed exactly for this: 50 minutes, no pressure.My dog is senior, fearful or anxious — can you handle them?+
